  • Do I need to back up my mobile phone?

    No, it is just like turning it off and on again. However it doesn’t hurt to do so.

  • How do I send off my own mobile phone?

    Place your device in its original or similar packaging and make sure its packed well and send to our address:

  • What are the payment methods?

    Once a design is chosen, a 50% deposit is required in advance to secure your order and this can be paid either PayPal, online bank transfer or an invoice will be sent to your email address.

  • Does this void my Apple warranty?

    Yes, however a 3 month technical warranty is provided with Golden Luxury HQ from the date of the customisation/purchase. This covers any technical issues you may experience after the customisation however damaged screens or batteries are not covered.

  • How long does it take?

    Please allow 5-15 working days for the custom part to be made. If you are based in Birmingham we offer a local pick up service, where we will come and collect your mobile phone device from you. Alternatively you can post your device to us and have it returned within 3-5 working days of us receiving it. If you have chosen to purchase a new device, you will receive the product typically in 10-15 working days. Please note in certain circumstances with the launch of new devices and limited stock it can take up to 21 days, but you will be informed.

  • Are the roses real?

    Yes, we use only natural roses, grown and selected at the height of their individual beauty and only the finest fully bloomed roses are selected for preserving and then dipped in gold.
