For that reason, the web site or any portion of it may not be downloaded, reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, or otherwise exploited commercially without our written consent.
Furthermore, you must not use our web site in any way that causes, or is likely to cause, the site itself or access to it to be interrupted, damaged or degraded in any way. GOLDEN LUXURY HQ CONTRACT AGREEMENT:

By paying the minimum deposit you are agreeing to our terms and conditions below:

  • 50% deposit required with order and is non-refundable as all Apple products are made to order
  • No return policy on the customised iPhone housings
  • When your mobile phone is customised it will be opened up and will void any warranty however a 3-month technical warranty will be given from the date of customisation
  • Our warranty is void if any signs of misuse, neglect, accidental damage including water damage or over charging
  • Customisation can be reversed at any time for cost of £80
  • Allow 5-15 working days for the custom rear housing to be ready for installation (It may take up to 21 working days for new release phones due to worldwide demand)
  • Post and packaging costs will be added if items require delivery and will vary depending on what part of the world items are going
  • Golden Luxury HQ are not responsible for any fees or local taxes. Customs policies vary from country to country.
  • Golden Luxury HQ are not responsible for damaged or lost phones in the post
  • Lacquering is used to help preserve the gold plate, condition will be retained if looked after however we are not responsible for any accidental damage, misuse or scratches occurred.
  • Golden Luxury HQ cannot be held responsible for any damage to housing or device if the customer decides to buy the housing on its own and get it installed by a third party
  • Golden Luxury HQ recommend gold plated products be kept in TPU case or soft sleeve case to preserve the plated gold
  • Golden Luxury HQ do not recommend using clip on cases as the might cause damage to lacquer
  • Golden Luxury HQ is not affiliated with Apple inc in anyway, all trademarks are properties of their respective owners
  • All our plated iPhones come with a clear coat protection, if this clear coat protection is taken off or removed we cannot be held responsible for the plating wearing off

Return Policy

Golden Luxury HQ values your business and your satisfaction is very important to us. However, we do have a no return or exchange policy on the customised housings as each housing is custom built and Golden Luxury HQ cannot be held responsible for any damage occurred during shipping of the housings.

For our Gold Dipped Roses, in the unlikely event that you may wish to return the purchased item within the statutory “cooling off” period of seven business days from the date of receipt, we can offer you an exchange or a complete refund including any delivery charges that you may have incurred.

As stated, please note products that are special orders that have been customised such as Apple iPhones or Customised iPhone housings are excluded from this return policy.

If you’re not satisfied for any reason then please do let us know! We work extremely hard in making the highest quality products for everyone to enjoy and love and all feedback given will only help us to provide an even better service and product.

Lifetime Warranty

The Lifetime Warranty offered is for the customisation of all our Roses Dipped in Gold.

If a product has been damaged by the customer, Golden Luxury HQ will not be able to warranty that item.

Furthermore, if a customer receives an incorrect item, they must notify Golden Luxury HQ within seven days in order to have the money refunded to their account, and the correct items sent at no additional cost.
Any items that are intentionally bent, scratched, or otherwise damaged by the customer will not be refunded.

On all items that are described as gold-plated and gold-dipped, Golden Luxury HQ guarantee that they are coated in genuine 24 karat gold without impurities.

Please note Warranty claims will be handled as quickly as possible. In most cases, this means that action will be taken within 24 hours of the claim being filed. However, we do not promise that these claims will always be handled this quickly, especially during busy times of the year (e.g. Valentines Day and Mothers Day). Therefore, we cannot provide any specific information on the amount of time that will be required to handle a warranty claim.

 

Cancellations

Once an order has been made it constitutes a contract to provide or customise the required item/s or device/s and cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
